01. Product Discovery & UX Strategy
Floowli was conceived to solve one of the biggest operational challenges in short-term rental management: fragmented workflows spread across multiple disconnected platforms. Property managers often switch between booking channels, guest communication tools, maintenance tracking, and spreadsheets, creating inefficiencies that directly impact both team productivity and guest satisfaction.
My objective was to define a product experience capable of centralizing the entire operational ecosystem into a single intuitive platform. Through user-centered thinking, I translated complex operational processes into a simplified digital experience focused on automation, clarity, and operational control. Every design decision was aligned with reducing cognitive load while supporting business scalability.
02. Architecture & User Journey
Because Floowli manages multiple operational modules including reservations, guests, teams, analytics, digital records, and property management the information architecture became one of the project's most critical components. The challenge was organizing large volumes of operational information without overwhelming users.
I designed a modular navigation system that groups related tasks into clear functional areas while prioritizing the most frequent user actions. The landing experience communicates the platform's value proposition progressively, guiding users from understanding the problem toward discovering the product's capabilities and ultimately requesting a live demo. This structured flow minimizes friction and reinforces trust throughout the decision making process.
03. Design System & UX Components
Instead of designing isolated screens, I created a scalable design system based on Atomic Design principles to ensure consistency across the entire product ecosystem. Reusable UI components including navigation patterns, pricing cards, feature modules, forms, testimonials, alerts, buttons, and interactive elements were designed to accelerate future product development while maintaining visual consistency.
The component library also establishes clear spacing, typography, color hierarchy, and interaction behaviors, making the interface easier to expand as new platform features are introduced. This modular approach improves both developer efficiency and long-term product scalability.
04. Visual Interface & Brand Experience
Floowli's visual identity was designed to communicate innovation, trust, and operational simplicity within the property management industry. The branding combines modern typography with a vibrant purple color system and distinctive gradients that reinforce the platform's technological personality while remaining approachable for non technical users.
The interface emphasizes clarity through generous spacing, visual hierarchy, and carefully balanced contrast, allowing complex operational information to remain easy to scan and understand. Every visual element from illustrations and iconography to pricing layouts and dashboard previews supports the product narrative that everything works better when every part of the operation is connected.
05. Hi-Fi Prototype & Product Outcome
The final deliverable is a responsive, conversion-focused product experience designed to communicate Floowli's complete operational ecosystem while encouraging potential customers to schedule a product demonstration. The interface balances marketing objectives with product usability, presenting complex software capabilities through clear storytelling and intuitive interaction patterns.
Beyond the landing experience, the project establishes a scalable visual foundation that can support the future evolution of the platform into a complete SaaS product. By combining branding, UX strategy, information architecture, and a reusable design system, Floowli delivers a digital experience that simplifies property management while reinforcing confidence, efficiency, and long-term growth.
