Farogama is a leading B2B marketing agency with over 18 years of industry authority, yet its previous digital presence failed to reflect its robust service offerings. The primary challenge involved bridging the gap between complex service divisions such as trade show stands and digital marketing and a clear, accessible value proposition for potential clients. By identifying key user pain points in navigation and high friction contact processes, I redefined the project goal to transform a static website into a high performing lead generation tool centered on business growth.
02. Information Architecture & Flow
To reduce cognitive load and organize diverse service categories, I completely overhauled the information architecture and simplified the main navigation to prioritize high value sections like "Projects" and "Contact." This strategic restructuring allowed for a more intuitive user flow where potential clients are naturally funneled from browsing high impact success stories toward personalized quote CTAs. By streamlining the path to conversion, the new architecture ensures that B2B decision makers can locate essential information instantly without unnecessary friction.
03. UX Problem Solving (Wireframing)
Before introducing visual elements, I utilized low-fidelity wireframing to solve critical hierarchy issues and improve portfolio visibility through a dynamic, category based filtering system. This solution enables users to sort through extensive project galleries with precision, while a streamlined contact form reduces fields to only the most essential data points. These structural improvements were designed to optimize the user journey and are projected to increase the lead conversion rate by approximately 40% through enhanced usability and reduced abandonment.
04. Visual Interface Design (UI)
The visual identity was crafted to feel modern and tech forward, utilizing a clean grid system and high quality photography that showcases Farogama’s real world expertise. I developed a comprehensive design system of reusable components including buttons, project cards, and inputs to maintain cross site consistency and professional sobriety. Strategically chosen typography and bold color contrasts were applied to guide the user’s eye toward key conversion points, ensuring the interface remains both aesthetically striking and functionally efficient for the B2B sector.
05. Interactive Prototype & Results
The final deliverable is a seamless, fully responsive interface that balances business objectives with user centric design principles, ensuring a flawless experience across desktop and mobile devices. I developed a functional high-fidelity prototype in Figma to validate the entire user journey, from the initial landing page engagement to the final contact confirmation. This results driven approach provides Farogama with a scalable digital platform that effectively communicates its industry leadership while significantly improving the overall lead generation process.
